Return Policy (exclusively for non-EU customers)

I try to give you an impression of the respective painting in the descriptions and with my photos, which is as precise as possible.

The representation of the colors can vary from device to device.

Nevertheless, I can say that my customers have been very satisfied so far and I very much hope that you too will be.

If that is not the case, please read the following:


Return guarantee Fine Art prints


We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction and that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will match the specifications on our website. Defective and damaged prints will be immediately replaced. If you change your mind about your artwork, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis, as artworks have to be made specifically for your order. This does not affect our statutory rights under Distance Selling Regulations.


Return guarantee originals/poster/postcards

If you want to give back your purchased item for important reasons, we can arrange a return. The prerequisite for this is that the package is sealed as it was delivered and the painting is in an unchanged state.

You carry the full costs for the return. (Please note that the shipping prices in the table for small to large paintings, under Delivery & Shipping, are half prices, because I gift my customers half of the shipping for originals of that size. However, the full amount will be incurred when the return is returned.


Which hopefully never occurs - a damaged package

If you have received a damaged package, please take photos, keep the package and contact me immediately to request a return.

As soon as I received the photos of the damage, we will agree together to solve the problem. Complaints that are claimed later than 48 hours after delivery can no longer be accepted.

Please send me a message to hello@claudiapollack.com in the event of a complaint. When the complaint is accepted, I will send you a return label. I bear the costs for the return for complaints.

I cannot accept returns that have not been registered with me beforehand.
