'Internal Doors' Poster/ without text

Hen or egg? Inside or outside? Which came first? Both at the same time? I would guess yes.

Things are often strange in our reality. So often they are so different from what our imagination is capable of understanding.

I was lying on my couch with this painting in front of me...not quite finished yet. I was listening to music, internet radio, Systrum Sistum. At that moment, a track was playing which, in its pacing, the heartbeat-like rhythm, revealed the meaning of this painting to me: “Love means to capitulate” by Innere Türen (Internal Doors). I can't explain it. The name and the painting didn't seem to know each other and yet they were made for each other.

I love this painting because it consists of shimmering layers of perception that coincide for a split second in this scene and become a metaphor of meaning.

Have you ever experienced moments that seem to extend into infinity? Not necessarily in time, but in a path that is illuminated in that moment. As if you were looking inwardly at a row of doors one behind the other. One in the other, in the other, in the other.....
